Meet Tracy Zimmerman (aka The Challah Queen)

Tracy has guided over 1,800 souls — women, teens, Holocaust survivors, and yes, even a few brave men — through the mitzvah and magic of challah. Tracy is not a rebbetzin - she's a wildly relatable modern balabusta who went from buying challah in a plastic bag to realizing she had a “need to knead” that became a beautiful obsession. A Roslyn wife, mom of three young men, Hebrew school teacher, Chabad mom, Hillel mom, BBYO mom, past trustee at Temple Sinai, and full-time powerhouse, Tracy teaches the deeper meaning behind every ingredient — and why making challah with your hands can feel like plugging your soul into a charger.
