Please make sure to fill out one form per child.


We are thrilled that you are applying to register your child at the ECC at Temple Israel for 2023-24. Below please find all the information you need to submit your application. Please make sure to read through the information thoroughly and fill out all fields. 

As a membership organization, our fee schedule provides tuition discounts to Temple Israel members and the registration process grants priority to Temple Israel members.  In the event there are more applicants than available spaces, priority in placement and on the waitlist will be granted to Temple Israel members in good standing.  Priority will also be determined upon date of return of application.

In the Spring of 2023, tuition rates are established by the Temple Israel Board of Trustees. Enrollment and payment contracts will be distributed to families at that time. Signed contracts, along with first tuition payment, must be returned by April 28, 2023.  Please note, just as we do every year, we anticipate an increase in tuition. Admissions Timeline for School Year 2023/2024

November 7-11 2022 Temple Israel Member Priority Registration
November 14 2022 Registration opens for all (Non-Member and Member)
December 16 2022 Acceptance letters emailed to families
January 13 2023 Acceptance letters returned with a signature
January 16 2023 Spots will be opened up to the waitlist (if available) 
April 3 2023 Contracts will be distributed to parents
April 28 2023 Contracts signed and returned with 50% of tuition.
August 1 2023 Second tuition payment is due
August 15 2023 All forms are due to the ECC Office

Agreement Section
By submitting this application I agree to the following: 

1. I will submit one payment of $575.00 to Temple Israel with my application. $75.00 of the payment is the non-refundable/non-transferable application fee. $500.00 of this payment will be applied towards tuition. 

2. If I choose not to enroll my child or if my child is not accepted into the program by January 13, 2023 only the $500.00 deposit will be refunded.

I understand that after January 13, 2023 once I return a signed copy of the letter of acceptance to Temple Israel’s Early Childhood Center, my entire deposit becomes non-refundable/non-transferable.

4. If I do not return the signed letter of acceptance by January 13, 2023 I understand my child’s placement will be forfeited.

5. I understand that tuition for the 2023-2024 school year will be established in the spring of 2023 by the Temple Israel Board of Trustees, at which time I will sign the payment contract.

6. I understand that if my child is admitted to the Temple Israel Early Childhood Center due to priority registration as a member of the Temple, I must maintain my membership in good standing.

7. I  understand that enrollment one year does not guarantee enrollment the next.

8. If there is a withdrawal of a child by the school, tuition will be adjusted to the date of such withdrawal.

Temple Israel reserves the right to cancel any class without penalty due to insufficient enrollment.  If such class is canceled, all fees will be refunded.

10. Each child’s immunization records and all required forms (Child Health, Allergy, Parent Handbook and Discipline Policy, Student Emergency, and Release Form)  must be in compliance with the State of Connecticut guidelines and must be submitted by August 15, 2023. 

There will be no tuition refunds for any reasons, except as described above.
